Projektleiter (m|w|d) Main area of supply networks | Gas / water / district heating Responsible management and control of demanding projects in pipeline and civil engineering Organisation, coordination and monitoring of construction processes in terms of quality, dates and cost-effectiveness Responsibility for construction projects in the field of gas, water and district heating Management and operational planning of the industrial personnel as well as management of subcontractors Disposition of personnel, equipment and material Ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards Implementation of the technical regulations and quality requirements according to DVGW, AGFW, VOB and the relevant legal regulations Creation of dimensions, building day reports and project documentation Participation in billing and follow-up management Participation in construction meetings and professional representation of the company to clients, utilities, authorities and engineering offices Economic management of the projects taking into account budget, appointment and quality objectives

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a further education as a state-tested technician (m|w|d) or master (m|w|d) or a comparable qualification in deep or piping engineering Multiannual professional experience as project or construction manager (m|w|d) in pipeline and civil engineering Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of gas, water and district heating networks Very good knowledge of the technical regulations DVGW, AGFW, VOB and the relevant occupational safety and safety regulations Ideally additional qualification as a pipe network master (m|w|d), tested welding expert (m|w|d) or welding supervision according to DVGW GW 331 or a comparable qualification Experience in the management of construction site teams as well as the management of subcontractors Entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness and a self-responsible way of working Communication strength, organisational skills and enforcement Secure handling of MS Office as well as construction-specific software (e.g. iTWO, BRZ, RIB or comparable applications) Class B driving licence (class BE desirable)
