Settlement of third-party funding projects and production of evidence of use Administrative support in the application of third-party funds taking into account the requirements of the respective donors Support for budget calculation and support for project management in reporting, administrative project management and relevant legal matters in cooperation with the Legal Department Implementation of ongoing financial monitoring for all third-party funding projects Examination of third-party spending on application-law correctness and preparation of audit-relevant documents for auditing by auditing Contact person for all international project partners in administrative, application and financial processes of coordinated EU network projects in which our institute has the lead

(m/w/d), ideally with knowledge in the administration of projects Good accounting knowledge and a good understanding of figures Very good knowledge of common software (Microsoft Office, SAP) Good knowledge of English in word and writing Representative readiness for services and intercultural competence The job is indefinite and can be started both in part-time (30 hours/week) and in full-time, but will be extended to a full-time job over the course of 2 years.
