You are the contact person for our customers when it comes to damage, necessary repairs and inspections on the leasing vehicles. With workshops and insurance, you promise and negotiate the necessary work. In addition, you are the first point of contact when it comes to returning the leasing vehicles (leasing return). This includes, for example, the organization of the vehicle return and the final settlement with our customers. Then you take care that our vehicle tailgates are prepared for resale (remarketing). This includes, among other things, the coordination of the de- or re-registration of the vehicles, the opinions and the necessary processing work.

Very important for this position is the technical understanding of the subject of passenger cars. You have a negotiating skill and a certain level of enforcement. You can organize yourself well and share and review your activities independently. You bring a completed vocational training in the commercial/technical field or you can gain comparable experience. Ideally, you will bring knowledge from the automotive sector to understand and examine TÜV's expert reports, repair offers and invoices.
