Sparring partners for management, board and specialist areas in complex controlling, structure and reporting Active participation in special strategic projects (e.g. financing, group-wide structural and reporting topics, system launches) Creation of reports, analyses, budgets and forecasts both for individual companies and projects and in consolidated form for management, management and financing partners Implementation of target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad-hoc evaluations for different stakeholders Technical support of companies in budget, forecast and medium-term planning Professional participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB at company and group level Support in the balance-sheet assessment and in complex HGB performance (e.g. provisions, assessment of projects and participations) Further development, standardization and digitization of controlling processes and instruments, in particular design and implementation of automated reporting and analysis tools (e.g. Jedox, Power BI, Excel incl. VBA)

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting At least two years of relevant professional experience in controlling or consulting, ideally related to finance, controlling or reporting issues knowledge in the preparation and monitoring of annual accounts according to HGB; Experience in cooperation with auditors of advantage Very good Excel knowledge as well as good understanding of ERP systems, consolidation and reporting tools (e.g. Business Central, LucaNet, Jedox, Power BI) High IT and system affinity as well as interest in the further development and automation of controlling and final processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; additional knowledge in Spanish and/or French are advantageous Self-employed and structured working methods, high number affinity and pronounced analytical skills Communication strength, team capacity and the ability to convey complex issues to addressees
