We are looking at the Hanover location for the training year 2026 (Start August 2026) for committed and targeted subjects (m/w/d) for our dual study

Business Administration (m/w/d) You are going through a qualified and demanding study, where you will get to know diverse and challenging tasks. Seminars and trainings as well as exciting projects complement your studies and promote your path to a successful professional future. Introduction:

• Theory phases at the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) in Hannover • Practical phases in the core areas of our company, from purchasing and logistics to the HR department to sales and program management • Active cooperation in day-to-day business and independent processing of business projects • Multi-week stay at one of our EMEA locations

• Completion with an internationally recognized academic degree, the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) • Specialization in automotive management • Takeover of tuition fees by us • General or subject-bound university maturity • Good to very good services in mathematics, German and English as well as in possibly offered business subjects • Very good linguistic expressiveness • Interest in economic relations • Motivation, commitment and initiative • Team, communication and problem solving capability • Self-employed Our training team not only forms with heart and mind, but also exclusively needs-oriented.
