Data Analyst Facility Management (m/f/d)

Building and continuous development of our system-based FM data management system. You create the basis for data-based decisions in our facility management! Development and development of target group-specific (self-service) dashboards to make complex information understandable and accessible Continuous development and quality assurance of the data base in our systems Analysis of raw data and adequate preparation for the respective target group Advising and supporting the department in interpreting data and deriving recommendations for action Acquisition of other administrative and organisational tasks

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, business management, controlling, statistics, facility management or a comparable qualification, with reference to data analysis Ideally, first professional experience in data analysis, data modeling and/or visualization of data Safe handling of Google Workspace would be desirable A structured, independent and result-oriented approach Embossed analytical skills and a good understanding of complex relationships Communication strength and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way A high initiative, willingness to learn and enjoy the work in the team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
