You take over the technical instructions of the production staff and act as the first respondent in the daily business. You have a completed training as an electronic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in the production or maintenance of electronic equipment. You have the ambition and the potential to develop into a professional leadership role and to lead a team in the medium term. A self-contained, structured and quality-conscious way of working as well as your strong team skills. You communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) to ensure a smooth exchange in the team.
