Support us as Teamleiter (m/w/d) We are now looking for a team leader Technical Support & Project (m/w/d) for the operation of container logistics at the Technical Excellence & Innovation Unit in full time. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen, Dormagen and Uerdingen site. Seat is Leverkusen.

Your main tasks: professional and disciplinary guidance of the associated employees and support of the manager

Planning, development and implementation of projects

Participation in safety considerations

Monitoring compliance with legal requirements

Budget responsibility on a regulated scale and responsible for ordering equipment, work and auxiliary materials

Reports to the Head of Container Logistics

Complete engineering studies with the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable

Knowledge in the chemical environment, BImSchG, StörfallV and projects

Multiannual experience in managing employees

motivating employees and driving changes

Business knowledge desirable

German in Word and Writing

driving licence class B

Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
