The company history of our office for the complete technical planning of the technical building equipment in Dresden begins 30 years ago. Since then, our company has become a competent partner in the planning and construction monitoring of special construction projects. We support public and private clients throughout Germany for demanding projects.

As a general specialist for technical building equipment, we provide engineering services from a single source and work on complex construction projects. Our engineers, designers and other employees accompany the builders in the successful implementation of their projects from the first idea to commissioning. In the special field of quality, costs and appointments, we advise independently and reliably, react quickly and flexibly. We are active for our clients, with expertise, teamwork and passion for visions, in order to achieve the best possible result even in unpredictable influences.

Our project engineers have a sound knowledge of the technical building equipment. You regularly continue to form and implement the projects according to cost and time. At the construction sites, practice-experienced engineers are working to monitor the specialist services.

Our designers work with modern calculation and CAD programs 3D in a modern working environment. You measure components, support the engineers in implementing the concepts and coordinate the structures under the guidance of the project-driven designer. BIM technologies are increasingly applied.

Our teams are individually compiled for each project and run by a project engineer.

You take over the technical planning within the framework of all performance phases of the HOAI or the respective contract agreements for the cost groups 440 – 450 according to DIN 276 You run factory-specific projects to ensure quality, costs and appointments You act as a specialist management of the trade union-specific specialist planning groups You create the factory-specific correspondence and planning documents You are responsible for customer care in order processing You are responsible for the independent and timely information as well as the application of the current “rules of technology” as well as the obligation to provide information on changes in the rules, for the works you have supervised.

You have a successfully completed engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering or a similar subject at a German university or university You are routined in dealing with the usual means of IT and communication You are characterized by a targeted and independent work as well as good organizational ability You will enjoy the solution of interactive planning tasks and a self-confidence You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
