Discipline leadership, further development and coordination of staff in the field of cell production in Bahlingen Implementation of team meetings and close cooperation with the interfaces in the organization Analysis and documentation of the IST state and optimization of the processes Process and quality control of cell production, responsibility for continuous improvement of processes/processes Machine park: TPM develop and implement in the entire department. Ensuring machine availability Know-How Transfer USA: Developing and implementing manufacturing standards in USA ready-to-use packaging of needles, warehouse management, logistics control Processing of production orders (supporting) Compliance with delivery dates Weekly reporting to Operations and reporting to Management Development of KPIs and regular monitoring Cost responsibility for the economic use of tools and resources
