IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

You are communicative, structured and feel comfortable in the role of intermediary (all genders) between customer, technology and sales? You don't lose the overview even if the project burns on the left, asks a ticket on the right and the customer calls again? Then you'll fit us! Your mission – or otherwise: Your tasks You are the first respondent to “Your” customers – you know their IT services, keep the operation running and make sure that questions are not answered. You coordinate between customer and technology, recognize what is needed, and make sure that all parties have the same goal in mind. You strengthen the relationship with the customer, communicate openly, professionally and with a sense of good cooperation – even if it gets stressful. You take care of requirements, offers and billing, keep the overview and ensure clarity – even in the small print.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have an education or study in the IT field – or you are a cross-comer (all genders) with real passion for technology (we love exciting careers). You are a real team player (all genders): communicative, binding and reliable – so someone you like to work with (and also drink a coffee). You bring first professional experience in IT and are curious about new technologies – standstill is not your thing. You have several years of experience in working with customers – and you know how to stay friendly with tricky topics. You have first experience in the management and coordination of teams – and you keep quiet even in case of wind. You work independently, you like to take responsibility and have your own initiative to really advance things. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile – so you can enjoy both language stages.
