Professional leadership and further development of the scheduling team as well as ensuring a uniform, high-quality scheduling methodology across all projects of our EPCM Industry business unit (e.g. semiconductor factories, production facilities for battery cells, process industry) Independently developing, updating, testing and releasing complex project and schedules (up to level 4) for demanding large-scale projects as well as performing project-wide schedule reviews and tuning of timetable-relevant requirements with internal and external project participants responsibility for maintaining time and resource planning in accordance with the project objectives; Identify critical paths and derive control strategies at project and portfolio levels Develop and optimize resource allocation over the project duration taking into account capacity limits in the team Creating, testing and analyzing project control and progress reports, identifying deviations, deriving and maintaining corrective actions Participation in the development of project execution plans including risk and chance assessment in scheduling Establish and maintain standards, templates and best practices for scheduling within the Business Unit

Successfully completed studies with reference to the construction industry, e.g. civil engineering, architecture, utility technology, economic engineering or comparable At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the scheduling of industrial construction projects, of which ideally first experience in the technical guidance of schedulers Very good knowledge of project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and well-founded experience in earned value management and progress monitoring PMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable project management certification Flowing German and English skills (at level B2 or higher) High readiness for projects in Germany and abroad
