Professional and disciplined leadership of the IT Servicedesk and IT Logistics teams Ensuring smooth IT operation and efficient user support (first and second level support) Control and optimisation of logistics processes around hardware and software management, as well as shipping and withdrawal of IT components and coordination of external service providers for high service quality Development and implementation of strategies to improve IT services and logistical processes Promoting cross- team cooperation with a focus on an optimal user experience Organisation and implementation of training and workshops for team and users Monitoring of relevant KPIs and service-level agreements and continuous process optimization

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT support, service desk or IT logistics with leadership experience Embossed service and customer orientation as well as excellent communication skills Secure handling of ITSM tools (e.g. TOPdesk, ServiceNow, Jira) and knowledge in the field of IT purchasing or warehouse management Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation German language skills (C1) and good English skills in word and writing
