Active new customer acquisition by phone (cold acquisition) You are available to our customers, such as craft companies, industry, municipalities and construction companies, as competent contact persons by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter in specialist and commercial questions. You work closely with your colleagues in the sales service. Documentation of all customer contacts in the WWS You process all inquiries and orders from your sales area independently, conscientiously and reliably in our goods management system until completion You will take all activities in your sales area under ongoing success control and make suggestions for improvement.

Secure and convincing communication on the phone You are a dedicated, communication-strong and reliable personality that understands binding customers in the long term, professionally caring and attracting new partners for themselves and our products. You have the ability to inspire people and control your daily business actively and independently. You are skillful and friendly in dealing with the needs of the most diverse customers, convincing in your appearance and targeted at completion. Passion for sales and high final orientation as well as professional handling of objections and final strength You have completed commercial or technical training. Experiences in the sales service and product knowledge in our product ranges are advantageous, but no condition. You should have gained experience in the telephone customer service.
