Head of Quality Management / Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You are responsible for maintaining and continuously developing QM and QS systems at the Holdorf site and ensure highest quality standards. In your role, the entire quality management system, quality assurance as well as the control of blocking and release processes are always in line with the requirements of the DMK Group, the Business Unit, the CoE and the CQM - even in the case of organizational issues such as structures, processes and information flows. Through the planning and implementation of internal audits, you ensure that measures are implemented consistently and are responsible for external certification and customer audits from preparation to post-processing. If a quality crisis occurs, take over the leadership of the interdisciplinary action team at work and report structuredly to the central crisis management team. In addition, you will bring your expertise into multi-site projects or take over the management of working groups. As a manager, you guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, create clear structures and motivate your employees to actively live quality. You provide guidance in everyday work and ensure that the DMK leadership principles as well as legal requirements, from occupational and health protection to environmental requirements are complied with. With a clear look at processes and goals, you ensure that policies are understood, lived and implemented sustainably in the team.

Complete study of food technology, a training as a laboratory master*in or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in quality management / quality assurance of the dairy industry or the food industry Management experience in quality management / quality assurance Very good German and very good English skills Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Entrepreneurial vision combined with strong social competence in cooperation with teams Impressed quality thinking, enforcement strength and strong communication capability at all levels of the site
