Director Investor Relations & Fundraising (m/f/d)

As Head of Capital Formation, you take full responsibility for fundraising and capital acquisition at Alphawave. You control the entire process: from investor speech to pitching and structuring to closing maturity and successful completion. You are not a supporting IR function, but the owner of the capital distribution. You conduct conversations, develop narratives, structure offers, and actively brings funders to Closing. Together with management, capital markets and legal, you shape the company's capital structure and actively promote the scaling of a business model with a significant equity and value increase perspective.

What you do Active consultation, acquisition and support of investors and investors

Conducting investor pitches, presentations and due diligence talks

Development and control of fundraising story, equity and debt narratives

Structure of financial instruments (e.g. bonds, private placements, alternative capital market structures)

Closing Management: Leading investors to decision-making and responsible for financial statements

Construction and maintenance of a resilient investor and investor network

Close cooperation with management, capital markets, legal and external partners

Responsibility for Investor Communication, Q&A Logics, Documentation and Reporting

You bring proven experience in fundraising, capital formation, investor sales or capital markets. You have not only looked after investors, but actively addressed, convinced and led to the conclusion.

You understand how investors think, decide and commit – and can clearly convey complex business models and quantitative strategies, credible and closing-oriented.

You work independently, structured and with high ownership.

You are strong in communication, enforceable and secure at decision-making level.

Very good German and English are prerequisites.
