Research & development pilot plant and laboratory Development and improvement of our processes and technologies based on pilot and laboratory data
Identification of new development potentials and creation of experimental concepts
Planning, coordination and implementation of pilot experiments – from the experimental idea to the parameterization to evaluation
Operational accompaniment of the pilot plant and close cooperation with the technician and laboratory
Analysis and processing of test data from pilot plant and laboratory for deriving optimization measures and scale-up decisions
Definition of technical requirements for apparatus and components for pilot tests and further adaptations of the plant
Research & funding acquisitions Identify appropriate funding programmes (Bund, Countries, EU)
Creation and development of research applications including technical content and budgeting
Coordination with research partners and responsibility for technical workpackages in funding projects
Project responsibility Responsible control of development and research projects incl. Time and resource planning
Complete documentation and communication of results to internal and external stakeholders
Cooperation at internal interfaces and occasional support in the technical area
Standing for occasional missions within the framework of projects and pilot projects
Complete study of process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable discipline
Experience in operation, planning or further development of pilot plants or experimental plants
Knowledge of procedural design, experimental methodology and data analysis
Ideally experience with publicly funded research projects or funding applications and evidence of scientific activities through publications
Self-employed, structured working and enthusiasm for technical development
Very good knowledge of German and English
