Description Sparring partners and first contact persons in all financially relevant issues as part of the management team as well as close cooperation with the managing director for strategic consulting and achieving the corporate goals. Management and continuous development of employees in the areas of accounting, controlling and personnel as well as ongoing optimization of the processes in the respective areas. Responsibility for the financial reporting of the group of companies, i.e. the creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and monthly reports (KPIs, Analyses, G&V, Cashflow, etc.). Responsibility for reporting and controlling the group of companies as well as planning, monitoring and control of the budgets. Development and implementation of strategic financial and controlling concepts and deriving concrete measures to increase efficiency. Implementation of comprehensive economic analyses to assess company development. Contact persons for all relevant external partners such as tax advisors, banks, insurance companies and others. Responsibility for securing financial risks, such as the management of currency risks.

Complete study of economics and/or economics (e.g. with the focus on finance/controlling) or a comparable commercial qualification. Finded professional experience in a similar or comparable position, preferably in the area of finance/controlling in an industrial company. Leadership with Hands-on approach, as well as the ability to translate strategic visions into concrete results. Feeling for project business and the ability to generate sound forecasts for future developments based on experiences and past business statements. Funded financial knowledge: experience and comprehensive know-how in accounting (final accounting according to HGB), controlling and group-wide reporting. Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. Analytical Competence: Embossed Analytical, systematic and structured working methods as well as the ability to illustrate complex data in a comprehensible and clear manner, as well as to understand relationships.
