To strengthen our team we are looking for a:n Steuerfachwirt:in / Account Holder:in (m/w/d) in Osnabrück, who – together with our experienced Syndikus Steuerberater – takes responsibility for the financial accounting of our group of companies and establishes modern finance processes for us and our participations. As a tax specialist:in / account holder:in (m/w/d) you are a central part of our finance team. You accompany the companies within our group in the long term. You can really get to know the business models, processes and people and can help shape them sustainably - in close cooperation with management, tax advisors:inside, auditors:inside and the teams of our companies.

Your tasks include:

Current financial accounting for holding and portfolio companies of the TRADINEO Group – in close coordination with the respective managements Account tuning, clearing of open items and ensuring a clean database Support and advice of our portfolio companies in accounting and process issues Development, digitization and automation of our finance processes (including using AI) Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Reporting support to management

You take numbers seriously and want to critically question existing processes and make them better together. Reliability and accuracy are natural for you. At the same time, you want to continuously develop your way of working and use modern tools.

That's what you bring:

Completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist:r or comparable qualification) with further training to/from the tax specialist:in / balance sheet holder:in Multiannual experience in financial accounting, accounting or tax credit, at best in the management of corporate groups, several companies or more complex mandate structures Experience with various legal forms, in particular with corporations Very good knowledge of the DATEV environment and MS Excel Ideally experience with and openness for AI, digitization and automation tools Impressed reliability, accuracy and sense of responsibility as well as a structured, independent and careful operation
