Employee Work Preparation (m/f/d)

Innovation design – Evaluate production concepts: You evaluate new manufacturing concepts in terms of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and process reliability and ensure that our pump production remains sustainable and in the river. Process selection – Determine the production process: You select the suitable equipment for our products from the existing equipment, take into account quality, ergonomics, safety and costs and align the production optimally with our components. Increase in productivity – raise potentials: you recognize productivity potentials in existing processes, analyze data and develop concrete improvement measures to ensure that decisions and results flow together smoothly. Interface to engineering – constructively advised: You support engineering in the design phase of new pumps and components, bringing your manufacturing experience and promoting constructive, economic solutions. Structure & Transparency – Documenting processes: You create work plans and ensure that all process steps are clearly described and can be used reliably for production. Time management – REFA safely apply: You perform time recordings according to REFA, evaluate them and derive loadable presetting times and optimization options.

Everything is covered? – Your technical foundation: You have a training in a metalworking profession with further training to the technician or master (w/m/d) and have several years of experience in the preparation of work, ideally in metal or pump production. Persuasive with data – analytically and digitally: you like to work with computers and data, master MS Office (especially Excel) and bring good SAP knowledge or the willingness to work quickly so that information remains clear and efficient. Together strong – communication at eye level: You communicate confidently with colleagues from manufacturing, engineering and other areas and contribute their openness to implementing improvements in the team. Always one step further – ready to learn and self-initiative: you have basic knowledge in English, are ready to continue training and bring your own initiative to actively shape our sustainable and innovative product solutions at Wilo.
