In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Surface Technology Specialist (m/w/d) Airbus at the site 28199 Bremen as part of the employee transfer. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Implementation and support of research and development projects and qualifications in the field of surface treatment of metallic materials Specification, verification and further development of material and process specifications Documentation of the theoretical foundations and preparation and support of qualification processes Assessment of new surface processes using standardized corrosion tests, adhesion tests and surface analyses Creation of quality assurance, standardization and testing concepts Definition of test programs and requirements for product and process development as well as creation of technical reports Development of technical specifications for material and process development Support for corrosion-relevant questions from production and customer perspective - even after commissioning of the aircraft Close cooperation in a transnational team as well as internal and external partners

Complete study in the field of chemistry, materials engineering, engineering or comparable scientific and technical qualification Multiannual professional experience (min. 2 years) in engineering, material testing, surface technology or electroplating Knowledge of corrosion protection, surface treatment and material analysis Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly capture and evaluate technical relationships Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Embossed communication and team skills in the interdisciplinary and international environment English knowledge in word and writing
