Control of the range using relevant key figures and ensuring timely, error-free and economic production Technical and disciplinary overall responsibility of the plastic injection moulding team including employee development Analysis of existing processes and processes, as well as their optimization in plastics production Establishing best practice solutions to ensure high efficiency and reliable product and process quality Development of 5S Responsibility for investment, introduction and optimization of technologies Implementation of training and instruction

Successfully completed studies (in the field of plastics technology) or completed technical training with subsequent further training as a master First leadership experience in a comparable position Experience in series production of technical products Business knowledge and a business approach Hands-on mentality with high self-responsibility and commitment Convincing appearance, very good communication skills as well as pleasure in work in the team Found MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems
