You create precise quotations, price lists, yields and post-calculations to ensure the success of our projects You are in the heart of mass determination and with your sense of numbers you make price requests to suppliers and subcontractors Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best conditions for us Your cooperation with the building management ensures smooth running and you support the team in budget monitoring and project documentation

You bring a high degree of understanding of construction processes and have completed vocational training in the construction sector (e.g. civil engineer, civil engineer, mason master and comparable qualifications) You also ideally have commercial knowledge and/or professional experience in costing An independent way of working and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength and team capacity are just as natural for you as a sense of responsibility
