You advise and accompany young people, their families of origin and caregivers. You seek, acquire and review caregivers for their suitability. You develop preparation courses for day-to-day care and full-time care persons and conduct them. You provide children and young people with appropriate care. You cooperate in judicial proceedings before the family court. You secure child protection and intervene in crisis situations to ensure the welfare of children. You are willing to perform call-readiness services outside regular working hours.
