Technical Manager Marine Simulation Approved (m/f/d)

Does the technical responsibility for the design, development and integration of complex marine simulations in the field of tension between technological feasibility and operational requirements of the marine? The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and a recognised technical service provider at national and international level in the design of solutions, the support of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Special responsibility for the realization and further development of marine simulations taking into account technological and customer-specific requirements Head of large projects, specialist management of the staff: women, responsibility for selected topics in projects and offers of the department, responsibility for design, adaptation and documentation of marine simulations coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders by carrying out needs analyses, processing of technical and operational requirements for modern marine simulations, establishing a professionally recognized mediator role Identification of professional dependencies, risks or optimization potentials within the areas covered and the development of first proposals for appropriate measures Coordination of the modelling of weapon systems from effectors, guidance system and sensors with a team for implementation in a complex maritime overall simulation Supporting the know-how transfer within the department by sharing their own expertise, participation in knowledge building processes and professional support from colleagues in projects Individually responsible expansion of expertise in relevant technology fields as well as continuous observation of technological developments, market trends and synergies in the field

Successfully completed studies in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, information technology like doctoral studies or comparable Comprehensive knowledge and system understanding of sensors, guiding systems and effectors in the maritime sector Safe handling of simulation and analysis tools for imaging sensor-, guidance- and effector-related action chains Funded, multiannual experience in request identification and implementation in system simulations Funded knowledge in the operational field of the marine Embossed self-initiative, high sense of responsibility, strong solution orientation, safe and positive appearance also in the military environment Ability to structured translation of operational requirements in consistent, verifiable technical requirements Very good knowledge of German and English
