• Ensuring the implementation of tasks in the context of the residential area (respect and care of the inhabitants)

• Support for residential management in the organisational and professional management of the residential area and the daily structure

• Ensuring good communication and team cooperation

• Participation in service and holiday planning

• Administrative tasks

• Cooperation and coordination with other areas of the Foundation

• State-recognized completed training/study on health or social skills

• at least two years of professional activity in a home or similar institution

• first leadership experience as stellv. Housing management, team management or comparable position desirable

• Professional experience in psychiatric and psychosocial areas
