Manager Treasury Europe (m/f/d)

Purpose of the body Management and management of the treasury function for European sasol companies Ensuring coordination, execution and control of the organisation and processing of all processes in the field of treasury of Sasol Germany and Sasol Italy, as well as as service providers for all European Sasol companies Main competences Ensure efficient setup and execution of the Treasury and efficient IT solutions Ensuring the proper implementation of cash management, payment transactions, foreign exchange trading, money trading, guarantee business, financial and liquidity planning, treasury reporting and all other operational treasury tasks Analysis and management of financial risks (liquidity, interest, currency and counterparty risks), in particular ensuring the availability of liquid resources Responsibility for external and internal financing measures in coordination with Corp Finance RSA, including the introduction and support of cash pooling, internal/external loans, silver leasing, supply chain financing programs etc. Monitoring and control of the investment portfolio of occupational pensions Competent contact person and negotiating partner for banks Responsible leadership or technical support of projects, support of other functions/companies in treasury topics, including the annual financial statements Leadership, motivation and development of employees Meeting of personnel decisions with the participation/co-decision of personnel in the framework of human resources policy Provision of these responsibilities for Sasol Germany and Sasol Italy and as a service provider for all European Sasol companies

Vocational training/study Economic studies or university studies or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in the treasury of an industrial company Professional experience 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience Needed personal and professional qualifications Very good knowledge of treasury instruments Very good knowledge of relevant treasury software, SAP modules and office applications English in Word and Writing Analytical, predictive and strategic thinking High reliability and trustworthiness Individual initiative, independence, coordination and flexibility Experience from working in interdisciplinary teams and projects Experience in a leading position in treasury in the chemical or comparable industry
