You are currently working in the building management, work preparation or project processing and want to get away from the pure building site responsibility? Then this position is exactly your next step: In this role you take a central role in costing, accounting and technical project processing – with more regulated working hours, clear structures and long-term perspective.

Costing of deep, pipeline and engineering projects Creation and testing of tenders, offers and performance directories Determining construction costs – from rough to detailed calculation After-calculation and follow-up management Close cooperation with building management, project management and purchasing

Training or studies in civil engineering (e.g. civil engineer, technician, master) or comparable practice experience in billing or calculation – or from adjacent areas such as building management, work preparation, project processing or civil engineering Interest in numbers, masses, LV examination and technical understanding Structured operation, solution orientation, team skills and driving licence Class B
