Senior Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) 1 year (parent representation)

Your duties As part of the HR team in Germany, you are responsible for the preparation of the fee billing of a defined care group. You implement the contractual, tax and social insurance regulations and our internal guidelines in practice. For our employees, you are the first contact person and consultant when it comes to questions about pay billing or timing. Your tasks include the creation of statistics and evaluations as well as the acquisition of special tasks. As a key user, You are actively involved in the conversion of the payroll system from SAP HR/3 to ECP, are part of the project team and thus significantly contribute to the future pay bill at dormakaba. As part of your activity, you will always look for improvements and suggest them for implementation.

Your profile

You have a successfully completed commercial training and ideally a further qualification in the personnel sector (e.g., personnel specialist man). A multi-year professional experience allows you to create the pay bill independently, in time and in order. You have very good knowledge of social security and tax law and provide optimal knowledge of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry NRW. You work team- and process-oriented and are characterised by commitment and commitment. Very good SAP HCM knowledge as well as knowledge in the area of Success Factors complete your profile. You have very good English skills and experience in the international environment.
