Your main tasks with us:

• Medication management: Own-sponsored optimization, organization and monitoring of drug supply and stocks.
• Interface & Communication: Close exchange and trusting cooperation with home and specialist doctors as well as pharmacies.
• Recipe & Regulations: Timely reorder, review and administration of prescriptions and doctor regulations.
• Relieving nurses: targeted takeover of administrative and medical-organizational tasks to relieve our nurses (PFK).
