Further development, organisation and coordination of a Group-wide technology development process in close cooperation with all participating business sectors Continuous determination of relevant changes in the market environment and derivation of a trend radar together with stakeholders Interface communication between technology department, innovation management and series development Development and use of the potential of higher education and cross-industry networks Support in cooperation with suitable partners from the founding scene/start-ups Development, coordination and communication of technology Roadmap Planning, organisation and implementation of cross-functional workshops for deriving innovation ideas Coordination of tax research

Completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of development and/or innovation Persuasion and communication strength, presentation competence High understanding and technology awareness Embossed analytical skills as well as structured methodological work Understanding the requirements in intralogistics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing ready to travel 10%
