Project Developer – GIS, Planning and Approval of Ground-mounted Photovoltaic Systems (m/f/d)

Your focus – approval planning and construction applications: Individually responsible control of the planning phases from basic determination to approval planning (in accordance with HOAI performance phases 1–4) Creation and submission of applications for construction as well as the development of eligible plan documents Creation and monitoring of construction planning procedures, BImSchG applications and other permits Coordination and integration of specialist contributions from specialist planners and experts into the approval documents Coordination with municipalities, licensing authorities and project partners across all process steps Preparation and support of public participations and political decision-making processes Creation of presentations, project documents, location plans and decision templates Additional tasks in the project team: Participation in site analyses and potential tests (e.g. network proximity, protected areas, topography, spatial planning) – also supported by GIS Support for network requests and technical concepts Participation in the development of new business areas such as Data Center and Energy Infrastructure Platforms Project work also on international markets, in particular in Romania and Southeast Europe

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, environmental or landscape planning, geography, renewable energies or comparable Multiannual experience in the planning of approval and the creation of construction applications – ideally for energy or infrastructure projects such as photovoltaics, storage or comparable projects Safe knowledge of the HOAI performance phases 1–4 as well as in building regulations, in construction planning, in planning and environmental law Experience in handling approval authorities and coordination of specialist planners and experts Safe handling of AutoCAD Advantage: knowledge of GIS applications (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) as well as experience with location analyses or network requests Openness for new technologies and interest in the development of energy and infrastructure sites Safe occurrence, structured functioning, organizational ensemble Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge required, Romanian by advantage
