As a sales representative (m/w/d) in the indoor service (Inside Sales) you are the first contact person for our regular customers and advise them by phone to our assortment and services. You know exactly what is important to our customers from the hotel industry and gastronomy? Then an entry into the largest sales team in our industry is just right for you! Together with customer management in the field of external services, you are responsible for increasing customer retention as well as achieving the common sales objectives of your area of care. Telephone support: The reliable and active telephone support of our top staff members is your first priority Supporting our delivery customers: You are responsible for order processing and the care of our delivery customers, working closely with our delivery locations in the region Customer advice: You recognize the needs of our customers by proactively consulting them with regard to our Gastro service solutions and promotional products Strategy planning: Together with the team in the field service, you create a strategy planning to achieve your sales goals and act with passion to achieve the specified goals Strategy optimization: You regularly review the measures for your success and always develop appropriate optimization options Teamwork: With our customer managers in the field service, the large market and delivery you form an unbeatable team

Education: Ideally, you have a completed commercial training (m/w/d), wholesaler (m/w/d) or alternatively gastronomic experience, for example as a restaurant or hotel specialist (m/w/d) or as a cook (m/w/d) Cross entry: You are also welcome with us as a cross-comer! We support you on your way to the sales professional! Experiences and knowledge: At best, you have first experience in sales/telephone sales (in- and outbound), a passion for food and a safe handling of MS-Office Sales talent: You are strong in communication, have sales talent, and the building of networks counts for you as a small one Customer orientation: You make our customers happy, because friendliness is just as natural for you as customer, service and quality orientation and the ability to quickly adjust to interlocutors
