Technical requirements

• Maintenance of building equipment (including pipelines and sanitary facilities)
• Repairs, new and remodeling or optimization of building equipment
• Coordination of the work of our entrepreneurs
• Customer support

Personal requirements

• Successfully completed training as an investment mechanic (Sanitary/heating/climate) or equivalent education
• Experience in technical building management of advantage
• knowledge of pipe connection and welding knowledge of advantage
• Lifting stage machine desirable
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Team skills
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
