We are a modern and future-oriented service company in the health sector. Your department The Legal Unit is a core department of the KZV BW. Our team at the Mannheim or Stuttgart site is looking for a sympathetic colleague (m/w/d) who supports us with joy and heart in the daily questions. We will have your main task in consulting on all legal issues relevant to the body, with a focus on the field of medical and social (insurance) law. The concept of service is very high for us, because we are often the first responders for the practices when it comes to matters of business. In our team with flat hierarchies we work together collegially and always at eye level.

Processing of medical or social (insurance) legal questions Advice on specific legal issues Extrajudicial legal advice of our members Compilation of decision-making and legal opinions with issues relating to civil law, dentist or Law of doctors, disciplinary law, criminal law and social law Social security legislation Support in the preparation and review of decision-making proposals Assessment and presentation of current legislative and reform projects Preliminary ruling Process representation

Completion of the first and second legal state exams with excessive results In-depth knowledge of administrative law, ideally also in medical, medical and/or social law or Social security legislation Quick conception and an independent way of working Communication strength as well as the ability to make legal issues available to non-jurists Safe handling of MS Office Cooperation, collegiateness and commitment
