• Organizers & Administrations: Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• War handling: Take care of receipt of goods, professional storage, movement and regular damage check in the warehouse.
• Co-ordinator: Accompanying after-sales on the premises, coordinate their activities and be the reliable contact person on site.
• Document & Optimization:Take all goods movements and stocks carefully in the ERP system and wrap complaints solution-oriented.
• Inventure: Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area (alternative: handcrafted-technical background).
• You are safe to use common ERP systems and MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse is of course for you.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• You are convinced by a structured, reliable and independent way of working – even in turbulent situations.
• As a team player you communicate clearly and bring very good German and solid English skills (min. B2). You can look forward to this:
