It is a social insurance employment relationship, not a minijob. Remuneration depends on the collective agreement of Diakonie Niedersachsen with attractive social benefits.

The remuneration according to TV DN includes:

• Grouping into the table fee E 8 (beginner stage 2, from stage 3 according to the years of activity)
• plus care allowance (mtl. fixed amount)
• plus Sunday and holiday allowances
• if necessary plus child allowance/n
• annual allowance (former Christmas/Urlaubsgeld), 82 % of the average gross monthly fee
• Holiday entitlement: 31 days, at a 5-day week
• plus 7 days of relief from 56. Year of life for MA in shiftwork
• additional occupational pension schemes

Your tasks include:

• Collection of master data, information collection with risk analysis
• Creation of action plans
• Implementation of care according to planning
• Valuable and motivated advice, guidance, supervision and accompaniment of the persons who are involved in the care of the residents after the care plan
• Evaluation of care
• Working with medical therapy and diagnostics
• Communication with residents, doctors, therapists, pharmacies
• Working with quality assurance

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training for examinated nurse or nursing staff is necessary
• or nursing staff (generalized training in Lower Saxony)
