Abteilungsleiter Talent Development - Training & Global Mobility (m/f/d)

As Head of Department of Talent Development, you are responsible for the development of your team, as well as for the strategic development of the training offer for all colleagues in Germany. In addition, you are responsible for the entire organization of the foreign consignments.

This means:

Leadership and individual development of your team Innovative design and optimization of future-oriented training opportunities for Lidl Germany Head of strategic projects in the field of training and management of cooperation with external service providers and trainers Advising executives and colleagues on individual training opportunities and career paths Strategic management and responsibility for the holistic organisation of international employee returns Accompanying colleagues in the framework of rotation programmes

Multiannual leadership experience as well as experience in personnel (optimal with reference to learning) Communication and guidance strength, coupled with a safe occurrence Analytical thinking and hand-on mentality Interface competency and a target group-oriented and result-oriented approach Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of Google Workspace
