Experience in the change management of large transformation programs, ideally in SAP S/4HANA introductions Know-how in the planning and implementation of workshops, communication formats and training concepts Methodically versed in classic and agile change management frameworks and at the same time pragmatic, solution-oriented and operationally operable High communication, moderation and coaching skills and sovereignty in dialogue with leaders, key users and teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing The Commission will be able to draw up a proposal for a Council Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to cosmetic products.
