What you move in this position: The most important thing about your team, your focus and your influence The position is deliberately designed as a development step. At the beginning, you take a proactive role in the day-to-day business of the six-member team and act on hands-on in the central accounting processes. In doing so, you take responsibility for essential processes in accounting (e.g. HGB and IFRS) and promote optimization and digitization initiatives to make processes more efficient and increase automation potential. After successful integration, you take more responsibility in the areas of project management, process management and independent management of topics. On this way, you will be actively accompanied, cared and prepared for your future role by the Finance Manager. This role can lead in perspective in various development paths, for example in the role of team management within the finance sector or in a further role in the Schneider Electric Group or (global) in the RIB Group. At the same time, the role will remain consciously hands-on, so that you stay close to the business, the numbers and the challenges of the team. Optimization of processes and active role in projects for automation, standardization, digitization and efficiency enhancement in accounting Participation in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS

Analysis of financial data and creation of reports and policy templates for management

Ensuring compliance with tax, legal and intra-group requirements

Support for budget planning, forecasting and financial analyses

Contact person (m/w) für Wirtschaftsprüfende, Steuerberatende und Internal Functional Areas (in close cooperation with national and international stakeholders within the DACH Region)

Ensure the implementation of the internal control system

Completed studies of business, accounting, finance or comparable qualifications (e.g. balance sheet accounting) Multiannual professional experience in accounting, finance or accounting, ideally in an international environment

Knowledge of HGB and IFRS

Practical experience in the independent implementation of bookings (main/sidebooks)

Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ASP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Very good knowledge in MS Excel

Enforcement, liability and willingness to comply with open issues consistently and to act confidently in direct exchange with management

Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured working method and high detail accuracy

readiness to travel is not required; even if part of the team sits remotely in Germany and Vienna.

Team skills and communication strength in German (at least level C1) and English (min. level B2)
