HR Manager (m/w/d) Projektmanagement Location: Troisdorf

In your role, you are the central contact person for all administrative HR topics, ensuring clean processes in the background and actively shape our HR services with a strong focus on service quality. You work closely with talent management as well as other interfaces and introduce your ideas to make processes more modern, efficient and user-friendly. Ensuring a smooth HR service experience for employees and executives along the entire employee lifecycle. In close cooperation with the Talent Management, you accompany entry and exit as well as internal changes. You are responsible, among other things, for the creation of employment contracts and certificates. You act as a competent respondent for tax and social insurance issues – for employees, executives, authorities and other interfaces. You take pre-paid activities, in particular the maintenance of personal master files, the collection and testing of working hours, absences and personal changes, as well as the preparation of reward-relevant data such as entry and exits or contract changes. You work closely with our Payroll team – especially in the billing window. Active co-design, digitization and simplification of HR processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly. Working in HR projects as well as introducing own ideas to further develop our HR services.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with HR reference. You bring multi-year experience in the personnel sector, ideally in operational personnel work.

You know well in social security law, have first experiences in preparing payroll accounting and the motivation to develop in this area.

A safe handling of modern HRM systems.
