We are looking for creative personalities for our products cigarettes and tobacco products from REWE Group Buying GmbH, who bring not only passion but also the urge to move something. Our own brands as well as the usual brands, the category management for PENNY and the consideration of legal requirements are among the core topics of the team. What you do with us: Shopping is your passion? You know exactly what you want? Then you will be able to do exactly what you can best: shopping. Be at the forefront: Support our team effectively with all sales-line-specific and administrative tasks. Take responsibility for supplier management and conduct independent negotiations with suppliers. One for all and all for one: In our team, everyone pulls the same line. We are also in constant exchange with our colleagues from the tobacco purchase of our Convenience Sparte Lekkerland. You like to think around the corner: With regard to the preparation and implementation of annual discussions with brand suppliers and the further development of our own brands You always have good ideas and solutions. You're in the middle of it, instead of just doing it: by answering sales-line purchasing at supplier, procurement and quality levels. You also jump from time to time as a representative for your senior buyer. You think out-of-the-box: When you test and analyze the national and international market. Get the right conclusions to find new trends and product innovations. From A to Z, you will take care of the complete development and implementation of measures for assortment and price optimization. The qualitative testing of our products takes over an external laboratory. Better together: Together with our wizards, you will ensure the careful and complete care of all data (stem data, conditions, data relevant to sales) as well as the availability of goods.

You have successfully completed your studies and have collected your first professional experience in purchasing, category management or key account management of a trading company, a tobacco manufacturer or a mineral oil company. Your assortment and market knowledge in the tobacco sector are beneficial, as an alternative, your knowledge in another strongly regulated product group (e.g. Pharma, OTC, Chemistry, Spirits). You are routined in dealing with MS Office, in particular you know very well with Excel and you already have experience with merchandise management systems. You have very good German and good English language skills in word and writing. You bring an above-average understanding of numbers.
