(Senior) Data Scientist Customer Analytics (m/f/d)

You develop, implement and optimize algorithms for predictive modeling, customer segmentation and personalization in the CRM environment. You analyze data along the entire customer lifecycle - e.g. for the Churn prevention, conversion optimization or prediction of the Customer Lifetime Value. You identify proactive data gaps and work closely with relevant interfaces on data enrichment and quality assurance. You advise areas of expertise, present analytical results convincingly and argues fact-based - even in complex issues or competing goals. You drive the development and introduction of new analytical data products in the CRM - from conception to documentation to knowledge transfer and continuous optimization.

You have a completed MINT degree and at least 3 years of experience as Data Scientist or Data Analyst, ideally in the CRM or Marketing environment. You have proven to be responsible for data-driven products at end-to-end - from PoC to productive scaling. You have knowledge of statistics, machine learning and Bayesian methods and excellent skills in Python, SQL and relevant frameworks. You know how to translate analyses into decisions, and bring the necessary enforcement capability - also against resistance. You work independently, structured and have a good sense of privacy and compliance requirements. Very good German skills are required, good English skills are required.
