Assisting of people with mental disabilities and people with psychiatric illness in their individual lifestyle and according to their personal needs Support in topics of self-care, day structure, leisure design, household, basic care and health promotion Accompanying internal and external activities in the context of personal assistance such as joint shopping, visits to doctors, offices and authorities, walks, recreational arrangements or excursions, etc. Developing new concepts for needs-based care and care Reliable contact personin and companionin moments of crisis Collaborative advice on the implementation of nursing standards Participation in service meetings, case meetings, training and supervision Communication at different levels with clients, relatives or legal supervisors
