You are the first contact point for our customers on the phone and inspire them with your friendly and competent care You take the careful examination of incoming financial purchase applications taking into account our guidelines You independently decide on the approval of financial purchases as part of your competencies and contribute significantly to the successful execution of our business You ensure a complete and accurate management of all relevant data and documents related to financial business

You have several years of experience in the telephone service of business partners, ideally in the area of loan placement the processing of consumer credits is routine for you. You bring a profound understanding of the processes and regulations in this area You have sound knowledge in the core banking system agree 21 of the cooperative financial group or a comparable banking system the safe application of current MS Office applications is of course for you a very high customer, service and team orientation distinguishes you You show high self-motivation and work independently and proactively
