Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) - Shipping & Export in an International Environment

For our clients we are looking for an experienced specialist logistics (m/w/d) with a focus on shipping. In this function, you are part of a well-established team of warehouses, shipping and export, which works hand in hand and supports each other.

HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations. Own-responsible handling of shipments of orders, including notification of shipments and parcel services, as well as control of goods loading. Creation and maintenance of all shipping and export documents such as packing lists, proforma invoices and sales invoices in close cooperation with the shipping and export manager. Communication with national and international clients to coordinate shipping processes and documentation. Booking and maintenance of orders in the ERP system, including sales shipping tickets, invoices and shipping data on the marketplaces (e.g. Ariba, Fairmarkit). Coordination of collections with suppliers as well as organisation and control of scheduled delivery. settlement of customs duties on national and international consignments. Processing complaints and support in the clarification of shipping or delivery problems.

Completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics, forwarding merchant/wife or comparable qualification). Insufficient professional experience in logistics with international shipping. Secure handling of ERP systems (MS-Office, ATLAS, AP ). Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Responsible, structured work combined with high team orientation.
