In the sale we are responsible for the recovery, expansion and maintenance of our customer relationships.

Their core activity is the new customer acquisition by telephone and the associated appointment agreement for our external service.

They work in close contact with all relevant departments in the home and ensure compliance with the contractual agreements with regard to quality, consignment and sales requirements.

You create customer-specific analyses/reports and develop process optimization measures.

You maintain our customer master files and create offers.

They actively participate in our sales activities and projects.

They have a commercial training, ideally with a speditional or logistic background.

They provide relevant professional experience in sales/distribution.

They are safe and routined in the application of popular MS Office programs.

In addition, you have very good German and good English skills in word and writing.

They convince by communication skills, sovereign appearance and a high degree of customer orientation.
