Damage treatment: Complete processing of damages in private liability insurance from re-insurance to completion Coverage examination: independent examination of insurance cover and investigation of possible regression claims Communication Control: Telephone and written clarification of facts with customers, intermediaries and service providers Partner control: Control of damages to external service providers to ensure efficient handling Damage management: development of measures to reduce damage frequency and damage costs, and implementation of correct and timely billing
