Construction Equipment Operator (Excavator Operator) / All-Around Worker Wanted (m/f/d)

You like to pack, keep an overview at the construction site and have craftsmanship? Then strengthen our team as a construction engine leader (baker driver) / Allrounder (m/w/d) in Gera and surroundings.

In this varied position, you can take on a variety of tasks in the field of civil engineering, demolition and plasterwork as well as in general construction sites. You can use construction machines, especially excavators, and support our team in a variety of construction projects. For a limited period of time, mastery activities in our school buildings are also part of your task. Smaller repairs, maintenance work and the maintenance of the building and outdoor facilities ensure smooth operation.

Your duties

• Operation of construction machines, in particular excavators
• Implementation of smaller demolition work
• Working in civil engineering
• Construction of masonry and plasterwork
• General support on construction sites
• For a limited period of time: takeover of master care in our school buildings (approximately 3–4 hours a day)
• small repairs and maintenance
• Maintenance, cleaning and order of building and outdoor facilities
• General master and service activities

Your profile

• Experience in the handling of construction machines, ideally as excavators
• Alternatively handcrafted allrounder with construction site experience
• Practical experience in the construction industry (deconstruction, demolition, masonry or similar)
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• driving licence class B, as well as vehicle (payment by km) necessary
