Payroll Accountant (f/m/x)

In order to strengthen our team, we will now and in full time find a payroll holder (w/m/x) at our location in Neuss. The team We in the HR team are a passionate and communicative team. Together, we want to drive the automation of our wage accounting process and look for someone with a pronounced hand-on mentality. You are responsible for the independent and timely implementation of wage and salary bills for a fixed group of employees. You take care of reporting and certification as well as the processing of correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities. You support the optimization and automation of billing processes.

You care and update the personal master and movement data. You are available as a contact person for billing, pay tax and social insurance issues. You ensure that legal requirements and deadlines are complied with. In the case of interest, supportive personal technical activities can also be taken over, e.g. onboarding support or time management issues.

You have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a payroll holder. You have a well-founded, multiannual professional experience in the independent implementation of wage and salary billing. You are familiar with accounting software, we are still working with Hamburger Software. You are strong in communication and perform your tasks carefully and discreetly. You can work both independently and as a team player.
